Shipping Policy
We ship orders to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not ship internationally. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Available for all orders with a subtotal of $59 or more. No promo code is needed. This discount applies automatically at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): For orders under $59, a flat rate of $6.99 applies.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for a flat rate of $12.99, regardless of order total.
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Available for a flat rate of $19.99, regardless of order total.
Transit times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. We will notify you if we become aware of significant delays affecting your shipment.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by one additional business day. We will communicate any such delays via email.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number and email address. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify addresses before the order is processed and shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package, and you will need to arrange for forwarding or pickup with the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order.
Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $59 or more, after any discounts or promotions are applied. This threshold is calculated before taxes and shipping fees. If you return items that bring your order total below $59, the $6.99 shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
