Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something does not fit or work out, we make the return process simple. You can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. No restocking fees. No questions asked. Just a straightforward process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. Tags must still be attached. Dresses, denim, swimwear, and separates must be free of stains, odors, and signs of use. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing defects.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return. These are clearly marked on the product page.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact to be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, log in to your account and visit the order tracking page. Select the order and the items you wish to return. You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any carrier location. You can also start a return by contacting our support team. We will guide you through the process.

Return shipping is free for orders shipped within the United States. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our prepaid label. If you prefer to ship using your own method, we recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. We may request photos of the item to help us investigate and improve our quality control.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the return.

Return Packaging

Please pack items securely in the original packaging if possible, or use a sturdy box or poly mailer. Include your order number or the return slip provided in your email. This helps our warehouse process your return quickly and accurately. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping when using your own shipping method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, check with your bank or credit card provider first. There is often a processing time on their end. If you have done this and still have questions, contact our support team with your order number and return tracking number, and we will investigate.

Holiday Returns

For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, our return window is extended to 45 days from the delivery date. This gives you extra time to return or exchange gifts. All other return conditions apply.
